Using CHAD AURA

You must be at least 18. Only submit conversations and images you have the right to process. Do not use the app to harass, coerce, impersonate, deceive, or exploit people, or to process intimate images or conversations involving minors. AI suggestions can be inappropriate or inaccurate. Review every suggestion and respect the other person's boundaries. No reply, match, date or other outcome is guaranteed.

Free and Pro allowance

Free accounts receive five successful analyses during their first 30 days and three in each subsequent account-anchored 30-day period. Pro provides 500 successful analyses per paid monthly store billing period, including any store-recognized grace extension without an additional refill. One successful analysis generates three reply options. Reading, a failed generation, cancellation before successful generation, copying, reopening or restoring a purchase does not spend an additional credit. Unused allowances expire rather than roll over.

We apply request-rate limits and allow one active analysis at a time to protect service reliability. These limits do not change the included allowance. Availability also depends on our infrastructure and AI provider. Contact support if a charged successful generation is missing.

Purchases, renewal and cancellation

The actual localized monthly price and payment conditions are displayed by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Payment is handled by that store. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled under the store's displayed terms. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Cancellation normally keeps access through the already-paid period. A refund, revocation or transfer may end Pro access earlier. Restore purchases while signed into the original CHAD AURA account; it does not refill an existing period or duplicate a receipt across accounts. Deleting the app or account does not cancel your store subscription.

Store refund procedures and applicable statutory consumer rights remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

Your account and data

Keep your credentials private. You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We can restrict access for misuse and will act proportionately. See our privacy policy for processing, retention and your rights. For iOS distribution, Apple's standard licensed application agreement also applies.

Changes and governing law

Material service or pricing changes will be communicated as required by law and the relevant store. German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact support for complaints or questions.
